Our client in the Fertilizer sector is looking for an Agronomist to join their team in Freestate located in Middelburg would be preferable

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science or related field
• 3 years experience as Agronomist
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Solid SA experience of crops
• Must be able to identify issues /possible issues and provide solutions
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills
• Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments
• Presentation skills are also a major plus
• Agriculture experience – non-negotiable
