POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity awaits for a fully qualified Agricultural Diesel Mechanic or Workshop Manager to join a down-to-earth, family-run agricultural equipment dealership in South Australia.
 
The Role:
This is a hands-on role managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop while performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of agricultural machinery. You’ll work independently, report directly to the business manager, and have the opportunity to create a meaningful impact in a newly created role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop operations
Train apprentices and oversee quality of work
Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment (with focus on CNH machinery)
Troubleshoot electrical/CANBUS systems and GPS/Guidance systems
Liaise with customers and schedule work effectively
Maintain OH&S/WHS compliance
Complete service reports and sign off on completed work

Ideal Candidate:
Fully qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic
Valid working rights in Australia
Full Driver’s License (MR/Forklift License a bonus)
Strong diagnostic and technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Reliable and available for a long-term, permanent opportunity
