Aftersales Manager Motorcycles

Vacancy: Aftersales (Service and Parts) Manager for Motorcycles

Duties: 

• Oversee Service and Parts team, and motorcycle repair processes to deliver a positive service experience and maintain profitability
• Coach team members on ways to drive service and parts sales, beneficial training program options, and customer service tactics
• Work with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction 
• Oversee all day-to-day job duties within the Parts and Service department with a focus on high employee and customer morale
• Guide the management of all department paperwork, including repair / parts orders, invoices, and maintenance records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as manager within Service and Parts departments, with the focus on Aftersales management
• Extensive knowledge of Parts and Service departments in the motoring industry
• Experience working in a corporate dealership environment and preferably with Motorcycles
• Experience with automotive systems and procedures
• Strong management skills, communication and organizational skills
• Clear criminal record
