SUMMARY:

MOTORCYCLE SALES MANAGER Boksburg

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Motorcycle Sales Manager to take responsibility for the motorcycle sales department. The successful candidate will manage a small sales team, oversee motorcycle stock, drive sales and profitability, and remain actively involved in selling and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of Motorcycle Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive departmental profitability.
Personally sell motorcycles and assist with negotiations and deal closures.
Manage leads, enquiries, follow-ups and customer relationships.
Oversee motorcycle stock, pricing, ageing and stock turn.
Manage online advertising, digital marketing and social media listings.
Develop promotions and initiatives to generate leads and showroom traffic.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing.
Coach and develop the sales team while monitoring performance.
Handle customer queries and build repeat and referral business.
Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records and provide sales and stock reports.
Work closely with F&I and other departments to maximise sales opportunities.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Minimum 3 years’ sales management or senior sales experience.
Motorcycle sales experience highly advantageous.
Motor dealership experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience with stock/inventory management.
Experience with online advertising and social media marketing.
Valid driver’s licence.
Valid motorcycle licence advantageous.
Computer literate with CRM/DMS experience.
