Aftersales Manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the aftermarket service function for a global OEM specializing in thermal solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background and a proven track record managing service operations for heat exchangers or related mechanical systems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full aftersales lifecycle including service delivery, technical support, and spare parts operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service performance and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and develop aftermarket business opportunities such as maintenance contracts, upgrades, and equipment refurbishments.
• Lead and support a team of service engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate reporting on service performance, customer feedback, and revenue growth.
• Engage with key clients regularly to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential).
• Minimum of 8 years in an aftersales/service role with a focus on heat exchangers or similar mechanical/thermal equipment.
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and service processes.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, thermal dynamics, and customer support principles.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/service management systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
