You will support the Aftersales function for a leading agricultural equipment brand, ensuring parts, warranties, sales reporting, and training administration run smoothly across a national dealer network. From placing parts orders and tracking backorders to compiling accurate reports and following up on open items, you’ll be the operational heartbeat that keeps dealers supplied and customers satisfied.

What You’ll Do
- Place and track parts orders for multiple model ranges (airfreight and sea freight)
- Run sales and backorder reports, follow up proactively with Head Office and dealers, and communicate clear status updates
- Make part numbers live and assist with ASN processing on receipt of parts
- Compile scheduled reports: Parts Sales, Orders, and Backorders
- Monitor new warranty claims, check completeness, request missing information, and follow through to resolution
- Collect PCR reports, confirm bulletin receipt/sign-off, and maintain a complete audit trail
- Monitor daily parts sales, approvals/releases, deliveries, and minimum stock levels at the dealer level
- Assist with training logistics: calendar, attendance, availability, and registers
What You Bring
- Matric and a valid Code B driver’s licence
- Solid after-sales administration experience in parts/procurement, sales support, warranties, and basic technical understanding
- Comfortable working on Windows and industry systems (e.g., Flonet, MgO; exposure to supplier portals advantageous)
- Strong time management, multitasking, teamwork, and communication skills
- Detail orientation with the confidence to follow up and close the loop
