Qualifications:

Matric,

1 - 2 years experience within customer service, sales and administration

Skills and Knowledge Essential:

Clear and effective written and verbal communication, computer literate, telephone etiquette, business writing.

Desirable:

Retail or airline industry or organizational knowledge, product and services knowledge

Job Specification:

Answering telephone calls and emails. These will encompass:

General Enquiries about Inflight Retail

Enquiries about ordering

Home Delivery and/or Pre-Order
How to use Vouchers for orders
Placing new orders
Cancelling orders
Changing order details
Chasing up non-dispatched items

Return of goods, unwanted or faulty

Arranging Refund/Replacement of faulty goods

Processing of orders and payment as required through various systems (Web/Telesales, Card Payment, FRS)
Outgoing telephone calls

Customer call backs

Conducting Customer surveys

Liaising with UK/Africa based staff

WH staff for information on order dispatch

Office staff for system matters

Returned goods processing staff

General Customer Services as required
Upselling
