ADVANCED SKIN CARE & AESTHETICS THERAPIST

PARKTOWN NORTH, JHB - Gauteng (ZA)

START: 01 November 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Saturday 
• 08:00 - 17:00 
• Sundays & Major Public Holidays - CLOSED
• Flexibility is required, we cater to our esteemed clients' and assist them where operationally possible

REPORT TO: Manager / CEO

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R13,000 Basic Salary per month 
• Service Commission - tiered
• Retail Commission - tiered
• Quarterly Performance Bonus - at management discretion

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen with a clear criminal record
2. Formal qualification (Diploma) in Skin Care Therapy / Somatology
3. Dermal Aesthetics / Advanced Somatology Diploma - BONUS
4. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC or similar internationally accredited qualification
5. Hands-on therapist with an absolute passion for skin care

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 3+ years employment experience post-graduation in an Aesthetic environment
2. Deliver professional, advanced and active ingredients based therapies
3. Previous experience working alongside a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner or in an Aesthetic Clinic

SKILLS:

1. Advanced Skin Care (hands-on facials, extractions, peels etc.)
2. Detailed Skin Analysis 
3. Micro-needling
4. Collagen Induction Therapy
5. Laser Hair Removal
6. Laser Skin Rejuvenation
7. Facial Machines & Devices
8. Guidance and support offered to clients on skin care journey & expectations
9. Assist the Medical Aesthetic Practitioner and work together in support of treatments and procedures
10. Perform any other related treatment within your scope of qualification aligned with client's expectations (skin, body, aesthetics, beauty, etc.)
