SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for an Administrator in the Mining Division based in North West - ASB Samancor (Mooinooi) 
 
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 

POSITION INFO:

• Normal administration duties (DMS and Paper trail)
• Placing of orders (WEBX)
• Rostering of employees (PRP)
• Time and Attendance (PRP)
• Minutes keeping
• Health and Safety procedures
• Monthly reports
• Engagement process to follow for new employees
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures on site
• Ensure all company SOPS are followed
• Ensure all BPC policies and procedures are followed at all time
• COID incidents to report
• Report vehicle incidents
• Weekly vehicle odometer reading

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual (English and any other South African Language);
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Clean disciplinary, no criminal record.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Relevant Mining experience 3 years.
• Driver’s license.
• Computer literate.
• Own transport.
