POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Presentable and professional
Afrikaans and English first and second languages
LLB degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
3-5 years post admission experience in High Court and Magistrate''s Court Litigation
Post admission experience in Maintenance matters, Divorces, Protection orders, Children''s Court matters, General Litigation matters
Experience in deceased estates winding up will be advantageous
Must be able to work independently and draft / type own correspondence, notices and pleadings
Well versed with relevant court rules, procedures and legislation
