Admitted Attorney - Gauteng - Jhb Northern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:

Our well-established client, within the financial sector, is looking to employ a Admitted Attorney to join their team at their Johannesburg offices. The ideal candidate must be well-equipped to handle high pressure environment, and ability to research in-depth and to hold technical arguments.

Requirements:

Must have at least 4 years prior work experience
Excellent communication skills
Sound judgement, outstanding analytical and contractual skills

Duties:

Drafting of contracts and analysing terms of agreements
Draft technical opinions
Provide practical legal advice and risk assessment
Ability to achieve tight deadlines
Invoice clients and tracking billables
Assist Line Manager/Director with various requests
