Admitted Attorney - Gauteng - Jhb Northern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:

Our well-established client, within the financial sector, is looking to employ a Admitted Attorney to join their team at their Johannesburg offices. This position will be an internal and client facing role.

Requirements:

Must have 2 years prior work experience
Must have litigation background/experience

Duties:

Manage own clients
Draft legal opinions
Researching in various areas of law
Advisory and compliance
General tax advice
Invoice clients
Assist internal staff with legal research
Assist Line Manager/Director when requested
Review articles and opinions by internal staff member/attorneys
Draft contracts
