Administrator / Senior Bookkeeper – Goodwood – R18,000 - R20,000 per month

My client is looking for a mature well-groomed lady with STRONG bookkeeping skills to manage a medium size property portfolio.

The ideal candidate must be able to do:

Bookkeeping up to trial balance
VAT
PAYE
Accounting
Invoicing
Monthly statements
Expenses
Budgets
Collections for outstanding rentals
Insurance claims
Lease renewals / agreements
Quotes for maintenance
Updates on Pastel and liaising with the accountants regarding all finances

This position entails 60% administration and 40% accounting.
