SUMMARY:
Administrator (Production) – FCF Production – Durbanville

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the Job:

Provide full administrative support for the offices of the Factory / Quality Manager(s)

Preferred Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Certificate with some financial components

Knowledge:

• Administration and Management —. Exceptional knowledge of and proficient in administration and information management systems and the implementation thereof.
• Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Information Systems - Exceptional computer literacy and proficiency in office software packages, exceptional business acumen.
• Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
