SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Somerset West.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Admin, Reception, or as a PA.
Must be well-spoken, fluent in English, with excellent telephone etiquette.
Own transport essential.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.
Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, automation, complex spreadsheets).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office duties (filing, invoicing, communication).
Strong numerical ability and multi-tasking skills.
A great team player who can also work well alone.
