Administrator (Laboratory experience)

SUMMARY:
A client of ours is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator (Laboratory experience) to join their busy Potchefstroom laboratory team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client service, including assisting walk-in clients.
• Manage reception and handle telephone duties.
• Maintain intensive sample control to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate logistics related to laboratory operations.
• Perform general laboratory administration tasks.
• Handle debtor and creditor administration.

• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes; MS Dynamics experience will be advantageous.
• Previous laboratory experience will be beneficial.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong punctuality and helpfulness.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• High attention to detail.
