About the Role
Our client is looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-driven Administrator – Hygiene to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to their Hygiene division in Honeydew. In this role, strong organizational and communication skills are key. You will manage day-to-day office administration, coordinate customer and operational orders from placement through to delivery, maintain accurate records, and liaise directly with suppliers, internal teams, and clients. This is an integral coordination post ideal for an administrator with solid experience in the hygiene, cleaning, or facilities management sectors.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing

• Order Processing & Coordination: Manage, capture, and coordinate operational and customer orders from receipt through to final delivery, proactively tracking outstanding orders and resolving delays.
• Departmental Administration: Maintain accurate administrative records, filing systems, schedules, and hygiene documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Liaison: Act as a central communication link between suppliers, branches, clients, and internal departments.
• Financial & Supply Support: Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, quotations, and stock-related administration as required.
• Management Support & Reporting: Compile and distribute departmental reports and assist the General Manager – Hygiene with daily operational coordination.
• Process Improvement: Identify administrative bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational workflows and data accuracy.

• Education: Grade 12 / Matric plus a completed Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (Essential).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years Proven administrative and order-coordination experience strictly within the Hygiene, Cleaning, or Facilities Management industries (Essential).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with high data accuracy and documentation discipline.
• Transport: Valid South African Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle (Essential).
• Work Style: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under deadline pressure in an office-based role.
