Key Responsibilities
â Provide administrative support to the Divisional Management Team
â Prepare, format, proofread and maintain reports, presentations and project documentation
â Coordinate meetings, take minutes and distribute meeting records
â Manage correspondence, filing systems and document control processes
â Assist with tender administration and submission processes
â Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and diary schedules
â Assist with invoice tracking and general financial administration
â Maintain accurate records and databases
â Support project teams with administrative and coordination requirements
â Contribute to efficient office operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
â Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Management, Management Services, or a related qualification
â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
â Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â Strong organisational and time management abilities
â High attention to detail and accuracy
â Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
â Professional work ethic and willingness to learn
â Ability to work independently and within a team environment
â Valid driver's licence advantageous
