Administrator - Atlantis

SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available with administration and basic financial experience to take on a contract role based in Atlantis? Our Client a leading manufacturing concern requires your all-round administration experience to deal with administration, orders and reception duties for their fast-paced organisation.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric

Minimum 4 years’ experience in administration

An understanding of basic finance of Debtors and Creditors

Syspro or similar software experience highly advantageous

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Well-spoken with excellent time management skills

Independent worker who can multi-task well

Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Afrikaans)

Highly administrative and diligence focused

DUTIES

Execute all administrative functions accurately in an effective and efficient manner

Loading of orders

Data Capturing

Assisting with all administration as per deadlines

Organise and file documents produced and received in a timely and organised filing system

Dealing with customer enquiries and queries

Answering the switchboard professionally

Accuracy with the recording of all information

Assisting with admin related tasks for stock taking

Managing basic finance administration duties

Salary: R12k  dependent on experience
