SUMMARY:
Our client has over 80 years’ experience in the mining and metals space. They are seeking to appoint an Accounts Payable Administrator within the finance department.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Administrator:

  • Vet and confirm new vendor documents.
  • Reconcile local, foreign and COD supplier accounts
  • Process payments within agreed terms and allocate transactions to a large volume of account codes.
Key requirements:
  • Degree, Diploma or National Certificate in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 years experience in accounts payable working with large volume of suppliers and transactions
  • Knowledge and experience using SAP
This role is based in the Eastern suburbs of Gauteng. It will suit a detail oriented, competent accountant who has experience working with high volume and high value transactions.
