Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Transport costs
Reporting – bin report, futile trip report and consumption report
Bin tracking and placements
Dispatched loads
Fuel checks
Maxi fuel

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

University degree or tertiary qualification recommended
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advance Excel knowledge
At least 5 years’ experience in a range of administrative functions

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

Accurate and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
