Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Transport costs
  • Reporting – bin report, futile trip report and consumption report
  • Bin tracking and placements
  • Dispatched loads
  • Fuel checks
  • Maxi fuel

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE

  • University degree or tertiary qualification recommended
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advance Excel knowledge
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a range of administrative functions

 

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES

  • Accurate and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
