SUMMARY:
An opportunity exists for an Administrator based in Springs with our client who operates a Compressed Air and Purification organization

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements
- Matric and Administrative Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
- 2 years commercial customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Pastel
- Valid drivers license
- 2 years Quotes experience
- Compressor experience ideal

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all administrative requirements with regards to
generating quotes and submitting authorized quotes to clients.
- Follow up on quotes e-mailed to clients
- Respond to RFQ`s from clients
- General office administration
- General filing of all quotes
- Updating customer service schedule list
- Any other duties as directed by Line Manager
