JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key performance areas

Customer relationship function: assist with the fulfilment of clients’ transport requests and concerns
Communication to stakeholders; corporates and individual clients; drivers; and suppliers
Secretarial functions (reception; schedule meetings; typing; and filing)

Requirements

Customer relationship skills and experience (3 years)
- Scheduling skills and experience
- Communication skills and experience: verbal and written
Secretarial skills and experience (3 years)
- Proficiency in MS Office
Advance the business of the company
- Trustworthy and committed
- Ability to function independently
