Administrator

SUMMARY:
Experienced administrator required for established distribution company.

POSITION INFO:

We require a mature, fully bilingual, presentable administrator with excellent communication skills to perform the following duties:

• Answering incoming calls
• Invoicing
• Taking telephonic orders
• Manage email correspondence
• Customer liaison
• Filing
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Experience with Accpac advantageous
• Must reside in the Helderberg, Strand or Gordons Bay area

Working hours:  Monday - Friday (07h30 - 16h30)
