SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available with minimum three years experience in office administration and invoicing with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines? Excellent opportunity to join a highly successful company and team based in Thornton.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric and minimum 3 years invoicing and administration experience

Must be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans

Experience in Invoicing and working on an accounting package

Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Confident dealing with customers and internal staff

Peoples person with a bubbly attitude

 

DUTIES

Reporting to the Director

Professional extensive liaison with clients

Daily invoicing

Dealing with monthly and ad-hoc invoicing

Bank reconciliations

Dealing with incoming calls and assisting technicians where required

Dealing with tickets for various jobs needing to be completed by the technicians

Manage the filing system for the office

Following up on outstanding debt on behalf of the Director

Run outstanding debtors reports

Keeping abreast of outstanding debt and discussing details with the Director

Manager responsibilities and strict reminders for various payments needing to be made by the Director

Create procedures for duties being performed

General administration involved with the orders and sales processing

 

Salary: R12000 – R14000 dependent on experience
