POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Knights Branch. The successful candidate will provide administrative and office support within a fast-paced production environment and must be capable of managing a demanding workload efficiently. The Administrator will be responsible for:

Loading machine breakdown requests on the engineering maintenance management system
Processing stores requisitions
Creating and distributing reports
Managing transport bookings
Sorting, scanning, and renaming delivery notes
Filing and maintaining paperwork
Managing timesheets and leave forms
Maintaining the Health & Safety file
Updating SHREQ Manager records
Adhoc admin tasks

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12 certificate
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel knowledge would be beneficial
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within a production environment
