SUMMARY:
Recruiting for a well-established hygiene services provider based in Johannesburg East, that’s looking to bring on board a reliable and organized Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in office administration, document handling, scheduling, and team support. You’ll be the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything from paperwork to internal coordination flows seamlessly.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across departments, including filing, documentation, and reporting
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling tasks
Maintain organised records and ensure timely communication between teams
Assist with stock control, goods returns, and basic inventory tracking
Prepare and distribute internal reports and correspondence
Support recruitment logistics, onboarding, and staff training coordination
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor office supplies and manage purchase orders as needed
Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups

Minimum requirements:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2–4 years’ experience in general office administration
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Clear and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with basic stock or inventory systems is a plus
Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
