Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong background in the fuel industry to join our Woodstock petrol station operations. This role demands precision, reliability, and the ability to manage end-of-day reconciliations, stock management, and general administrative duties with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-end reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Conduct fuel and airtime reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for both dry and wet stock.
Capture and maintain accurate data for sales, stock, and operational metrics.
Keep comprehensive records of all transactions and reconciliations.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
Assist management with audits and compliance as needed.
Liaise with suppliers and station staff to address stock or reporting issues promptly.

Requirements

Essential: Prior experience in the fuel/petrol station industry.
Essential: Hands-on experience using Symphonix software in fuel industry operations.
2-3 years'' experience in administration or bookkeeping.
Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently under pressure with strong time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
