Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong background in the fuel industry to join our Woodstock petrol station operations. This role demands precision, reliability, and the ability to manage end-of-day reconciliations, stock management, and general administrative duties with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-end reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Conduct fuel and airtime reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.

• Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for both dry and wet stock.

• Capture and maintain accurate data for sales, stock, and operational metrics.

• Keep comprehensive records of all transactions and reconciliations.

• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and report preparation.

• Assist management with audits and compliance as needed.

• Liaise with suppliers and station staff to address stock or reporting issues promptly.

Requirements

• Essential: Prior experience in the fuel/petrol station industry.

• Essential: Hands-on experience using Symphonix software in fuel industry operations.

• 2-3 years'' experience in administration or bookkeeping.

• Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently under pressure with strong time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
