POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Bloemfontein. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow, willing to learn, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Front desk reception and switchboard duties

• Booking travel and accommodation

• Coordinating and booking conference rooms

• General daily office administration

• Liaising with and coordinating suppliers

• Assisting with marketing campaigns

• Maintaining and updating internal databases

• Opening and closing of office premises

• Coordinating training arrangements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fully conversant in Afrikaans and English

This is a full-time, office-based position with a 5-day working week. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work well under pressure while delivering professional service at all times.
