SUMMARY:
Administrative Support and Logistics Coordinator
Our client, based in Brackenfell, is an innovative manufacturer of retail shop displays and furniture. They are seeking a competent Administrative Support and Logistics Coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements: 
  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Own reliable transport
  • Excel skills is compulsory
  • Computer literate – MS Office
The role of this position includes but is not limited to:
  • Allocating specified spares to clients according to drawings
  • Support Project Managers
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and Project managers
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
Competency Requirements: 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated and reliable.
  • Possess the ability to adjust and to learn new skills.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Always willing to learn.
  • Flexible with the ability to manage stress and work under pressure
  • Able to ensure a tidy work environment.
