SUMMARY:
Administrative Support and Logistics Coordinator
Our client, based in Brackenfell, is an innovative manufacturer of retail shop displays and furniture. They are seeking a competent Administrative Support and Logistics Coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric/ Grade 12
1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Own reliable transport
Excel skills is compulsory
Computer literate – MS Office

The role of this position includes but is not limited to:

Allocating specified spares to clients according to drawings
Support Project Managers
Liaise with clients, suppliers and Project managers
Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets

Competency Requirements:

Attention to detail.
Good interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written.
Problem-solving skills
Dedicated and reliable.
Possess the ability to adjust and to learn new skills.
Multi-tasking.
Always willing to learn.
Flexible with the ability to manage stress and work under pressure
Able to ensure a tidy work environment.
