SUMMARY:
Our client, a fast-growing FMCG company, is looking for an Administrative Supervisor (Sales & Order Processing) to join their team based in Midrand.

POSITION INFO:
This individual will be responsible for supervising and driving the full administrative function for their sales & order processing team, including but not limited to:

Oversee the team's workflow
Liaise with key clients regarding orders
Performing the full order process from order capturing to invoicing
Coordinating dispatch and delivery requirements
Conducting timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues

Minimum requirements:

Completed matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
3 years of experience in a similar role
