JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Investment sector seeks to employ an Administrative Assistant / PA  to join their team.

The position is remote; however you may chose to work from our Port Elizabeth office space.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Computer skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Desired attributes:

  • Have experience in a similar type of role.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple people, workload and deadlines.
  • Be personable and friendly and comfortable working in a small team.
  • Be comfortable working with an abroad based team from SA.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sending key documentation and collateral to vendors and advisors we work with Diary management such as organizing meeting invites, locations and scheduling.
  • Liaising with the fund bookkeeper to ensure that finance tasks are up to date e.g. receipts and expenses are submitted.
  • Other general ad hoc admin tasks at the request of the team e.g. event organization, travel booking, meeting management and support.
  • Preparing documents and various meeting materials, with guidance from the team e.g. researching people we have upcoming meetings with.
  • Tracking and chasing deadlines for the team members.
