JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking to fill the role of a Recruitment Administrator for one of our Benoni based offices.

This role is key and vital for the smooth-running of all day-to-day business operations.

The role would suit an individual who possesses the following attributes:

 - highly motivated

 - organized, matured with a professional attitude

 - pays attention to detail

 - excellent people skills

Key Job Responsibilities:

 - Posting job opportunity on relevant websites

 - Screening job applications and setting up interviews

 - Conducting interviews with new candidates and meeting weekly recruitment targets

 - Ensure new agent contracts, stats are submitted timeously & accurately

 - Provide Admin support on the company App

 - Prepare daily and weekly reports

 - Inventory and office stock control

 - Filing, scanning of documents to head office and other office duties Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:

 - 1 to 2 years Admin experience

 - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 - Ability to work on own initiative

 - Experience of or familiarity with the full recruitment cycle

 - An Office Administration or Human Resources related qualification will be an added advantage You may be required to undertake different or additional duties in line with the business requirements at the request of the line manager.
