POSITION INFO:
Looking for a strong, capable administration individual to join our team on a three-month contract, based at our office in Hoedspruit. This role offers the potential to become permanent, depending on performance and operational requirements.
This position will suit someone who is highly organised, efficient, and confident working across multiple administrative functions in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Proven administration experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-orientated
- General administrative support to the management team
- Personal assistant support to the General Manager
- Drawing up, formatting, and managing documents
- Creating, updating, and managing Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with logistical planning and administrative workflow systems
- Managing email correspondence and mailers (fast, accurate typing essential)
- Filing, record-keeping, and document control
- Ad hoc administrative and support tasks as required
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the General Manager
This is a hands-on, office-based role and would suit someone who can integrate quickly, take initiative, and support both administrative and operational needs.
Half-day and full-day options.
