SUMMARY:
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in the financial services industry? Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their wealth management team, providing essential support to financial planners and assisting clients with administrative and investment processes.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle office administration, and manage correspondence with clients and service providers.
• Client Assistance: Assist financial planners in servicing new and existing clients, preparing documentation, application forms, and follow-ups.
• Data Management: File, capture client data, and update spreadsheets and word documents.
• Transaction Follow-ups: Ensure the smooth implementation of new business and track client transactions.
• Client Communication: Be the initial point of contact for client queries and provide telephonic support.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Industry experience in financial services is required.
• A post-matric qualification is advantageous.
• Own vehicle, transport, and driver’s license.
• Fully bilingual.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and a corporate appearance.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe PDFs, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
