SUMMARY:
Administrator/Internal Sales Clerk- JHB â€“ R15k/month â€“ Immediate start â€“ Open to all

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Textile industry is looking for a mature, confident, level headed Administrator/Internal Sales Clerk to join their team. Candidates must be well presented and have a high command of the English language.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

Assist with basic Bookkeeping

Make out overseas indent forms (excel) and purchase orders (pastel)

Distribute incoming printed matter

Keep supplier files in order including filing

Answer telephone - it is not a receptionist position

Answer basic customer queries such as stock on hand, prices

Assist the team

Order and receive stationery

Prepare waybills and labels for courier company

Assist with catalogue production

General ad hoc duties

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Textile knowledge is preferable

Good head for figures

Pastel

Excel
