Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities.

Ensure accurate filing, record management, and documentation.

Maintain employee records, schedules, attendance registers, and leave records.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Ensure all administrative procedures comply with company policies.

Oversee daily cash-ups and reconcile cash, card, and electronic payments.

Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies.

Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and accounts administration.

Coordinate banking deposits and related documentation.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.

Monitor customer satisfaction and service standards.

Support front-desk operations during peak periods.

Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Supervise administrative and cashier personnel.

Monitor employee performance and productivity.

Assist with staff training, onboarding, and development.

Manage work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.

Monitor office, cleaning, and operational consumable stock levels.

Process purchase requisitions and supplier orders.

Maintain supplier records and invoices.

Assist management with inventory reporting and control.

Prepare accurate management reports and performance summaries.

Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.

Support audits and management reviews.

Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.
