SUMMARY:
A division of my client''s core business focuses on Private Client Consulting and Wealth Management.

POSITION INFO:

They are a Category 2 FSP with Discretionary Advice capabilities. We are looking to expand the Wealth management team and as a result we are looking to appoint someone to take overall control of the admin team to ensure optimal efficiency and functioning of this team in support of the Wealth Managers

3-5 years of investment / financial planning environment experience is required
Must have a “can do” attitude, and willingness to work in a rapidly evolving environment.
A self-starter with initiative who can drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Must also be able to work in a highly structured environment when required
Must accept and manage responsibilities
The candidate must have keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - an ability to work with a broad range of people.
High levels of energy, drive, optimism, and creativity
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must always meet my client''s values of honesty and integrity
Should be able to always work under pressure environment with deadlines
Can handle multiple projects at the same time

Assume overall responsibility for the admin support team,
Ability to manage and develop people within the admin area,
Streamlining the current processes and systems,
Clear understanding of investment and risk products,
Ensure adherence to the companies Risk Management Control Policies.
Liaison with external compliance officers,
In addition, the candidate will be required to perform administrative tasks such as:
- Gather policy information,
- Research product information,
- Compile & process of investment & risk policy applications and quotations,
- Prepare and implement financial planning & investment proposals,
- Handle and solve client enquiries,
- Maintain Client Relationship Management system
