SUMMARY:
Administration Manager (IT) - Parktown area

POSITION INFO:

Our client within the IT Industry (Infrastructure side) is looking for a strong Administration Manager who has previously manager other admin staff to join their team in Parktown area.

Minimum requirements:

Matric essential
Other relevant diploma’s/degrees/certifications advantageous
Proven experience as Administration Manager
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills
Previous working experience within the IT industry would be an advantage

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Managing personnel and allocating responsibilities and office space
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Managing and controlling corporate assets
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Organize and supervise other office activities
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
