SUMMARY:
Our client in the Motor Industry has an opportunity available for an Administration Clerk in the Randburg, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • An appropriate Grade12 Certificate and /or equivalent academic qualification
  • Tertiary qualification in office administration is required
  • The ability to communicate in English is essential
  • Must be able to handle own correspondence
  • In possession of a current valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Advanced Computer literacy (Word And Excel)
  • Must have good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Must have good conflict handling skills
  • Above average administration skills

KPAs:
  • Administration of asset register
  • Administers service level agreements in compliance with Procurement policy
  • Prepare vehicle licence forms
  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Prepare and submit the monthly attendance register
  • Receive and distribute the fax messages
  • Prepare petty cash reconciliations for 5 offices
  • Stationery and consumables procurement and administration
