POSITION INFO:

My Client in the Manufacturing Industry based in Shallcross seeks to appoint an Administration Clerk

Key Performance Areas:

  • Receptionist duties
  • Act as Personal Assistant to Directors
  • Stationery purchases & Issuing
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Manage Finance Filling
  • Manage Travel bookings & supporting documents
  • Managing driver schedule
  • Ad hoc duties

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will have communication skills and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.
