SUMMARY:
Searching for an driven and energetic Administration Clerk based in Kingsburgh. Salary: R12 t0 R15 000 CTC Hours: Monday – Friday (06h30 – 18h00) Work every Saturday (06h30 – 14h00) Work Every second Sunday (07h00 – 14h00) For every Sunday worked – Wednesday off

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Manage creditors/debtors accounts, invoicing, payments and customer orders.
• Generate staff payroll, rosters, timesheets, leave and sick days.
• Staff enrollment and cv handling
• Training and monitoring employee productivity to optimise procedures and reduce costs.
• Disciplinary action oversight.
• Financial management concerning daily cashing up, cash drops, banking, tax and sales reports.
• Stock take weekly, analysing and capturing products and figures into system for evaluation of quantity on hand, variances and GP percentages.
