Are you an experienced administrator who thrives in an organised, deadline-driven environment? We are looking for a professional, mature Administration Assistant to manage data capturing, reporting and reception duties as the face of our office.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and organise data in Excel spreadsheets for weekly and monthly management reports.
• Verify, format, and clean data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to management.
• Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain digital and manual filing systems and assist with document archiving.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required.Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate (essential); Office Administration diploma/certificate (advantageous).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); strong computer literacy required.
• At least 5 years’ administration/data capturing experience.
• Enjoy working with numbers and organising information.
• Able to meet strict weekly and monthly deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
