SUMMARY:
Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main duties include:-

  • Booking in new starters and resourcing their relevant equipment
  • Escorting visitors/Booking access
  • Diary management
  • Minute taking
  • Powerpoint experience
  • Excel experience
  • Stationery ordering
  • Booking training as and when required


We are looking for someone with or without experience in a secretarial role  able to work with minimal supervision.
