JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administrative Assistant needed to provide support in a busy office environment.

DUTIES:

Reception

Answering telephone calls and channeling queries to the correct parties.

Assist with sales orders, client service, stock control and cash ups.

Other ad-hoc necessary office support duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

Computer literate (MS Office)

Own transport and driver's license.

Friendly and customer orientated.

Stable work history.

Contactable work references.

Must be available to work every 2nd Saturday morning up to 12h30.
