POSITION INFO:

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – PERMANENT POSITION
📍 Cape Town, Western Cape

We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in Cape Town on a permanent basis.

Minimum Requirements:

Age between 18 – 47 years
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous administrative or office experience will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily office administration and support functions
Managing filing systems and company records
Capturing and updating data accurately
Answering calls and responding to emails
Scheduling appointments and coordinating office activities
Assisting management with administrative tasks and reporting
