Key Responsibilities

• Administrative support for a US-based medical practice
• Data analysis and data entry
• Investigating and researching discrepancies within medical data
• Preparing accurate information for processing
• Reviewing daily system reports
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and support supervisors where needed

Minimum Requirements

• 1–3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
• Quick learner—comfortable navigating new systems and processes
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong administrative and research capabilities
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to perform any task required to support the team

Additional Information

• Working Hours: 15:00 – 00:00 SAST (Aligned with US Central Standard Time) for the first 3 months for Training purposes
• Contract: Full-term Contract
• Remuneration: R15,000 – R20,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Start Date: December 2025
