SUMMARY:
Our client in Ekurhuleni is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their office, warehouse, and operational functions, maintaining accurate records, processing documentation and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
Capture, update, and maintain accurate data on company systems.
Prepare, process, and file delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documents.
Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and direct enquiries appropriately.
Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
Assist with stock-related administration and warehouse documentation.
Compile reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required.
Assist with customer and supplier communication.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Support the Operations and Warehouse teams with administrative requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Perform any other reasonable administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
2–3 years' experience in an administrative support role.
Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics, or distribution environment will be advantageous.
Computer Skills -MS Office and ERP systems
