SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Support position for a well-established company in the Health Industry based in Sandton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Essential: Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
Beneficial: Previous experience on Pastel or any other Accounting software.
Must have at least 1 - 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible to monitor the staff register on a weekly basis.
Entering of supplier invoices on Pastel.
Doing recons on Pastel for suppliers.
Requesting statements and invoices from suppliers.
Managing the Asset register.
