Admin / Stock Intake Assistant - High-Value Items

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake, processing, and cataloguing of new stock
• Handle valuable and high-end items with care and professionalism
• Prepare and package unsold auction items for storage, collection, or return
• Assist with the collection and dispatch of sold items
• Pack, move, and organize stock within the warehouse and auction facility
• Complete manual administrative tasks, filing, and record keeping
• Ensure stock records are maintained accurately
• Travel to Pretoria and the Winelands as required
• Support the team with general operational and administrative duties.

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in administration, stock control, logistics, or a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with valuable and delicate items
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Physically fit and willing to assist with packing and moving stock
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, trustworthy, and dependable
• A valid driver's licence would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel when required
